Not surprised they chose the WOKS AND PANS episode (coming up on 6/15). They've been dancing around that one for a while now, with only the Friday episode of that week still missing, plus they've managed to rerun pretty much all of the infamous episodes of Season 35 (the million losses, "WARP IN CINCINNATI", now this one).

And naturally, they just chose another $100K loss episode to re-air... That makes five for this year's rotation counting the millions.

Our former recapper reappears August 3.
Meanwhile, we're on an ongoing streak of eight reruns in a row with Bonus Round losses. The last rerun featuring a win was back on June 8.

Because of the power outage in New York City, Wheel suffered some problems when last night's rerun aired on WABC.
First, breaking news pre-empted the second half of Round 1, then signed off just before Wheel returned for Round 2.
On the first turn of Round 2, the footage glitched and ended up "disjointed" for most of the show, with the bottom ~25% of the footage at the top of the screen, resulting in the category strip being above the puzzle instead of below it (reminiscent of some of GameTek's Wheel video games). This also happened with the commercials. The closed captioning track was frozen for the rest of the segment on "Plus you have $1,000."
The footage was corrected just before Les' category choices were presented, and the rest of the show was fine. Subsequent show Shark Tank also had a breaking news pre-emption just one minute in, which glitched out after just three minutes on air, switching back to Shark Tank for several more minutes until WABC broke in again, and would end up covering the blackout for the rest of the evening.
Here's footage of the Wheel ordeal, plus the Shark Tank interruptions recorded by another YouTuber.

We may have another double rerun this month. The August 24 rerun is listed as S35 E167, which is the 05/01/18 episode (Sharla/Nirali/Rico from Disney World). This episode also reran back on November 17, 2018. It is possible that this could be a listings error, as the episode that reran one weekend prior back on November 10 - 10/17/17 (Robert/Helen/Nadean) - was listed to air a third time on February 9, 2019, but they ended up airing a different episode from that week.
At least if it's true this time, it will technically break the Saturday rerun rotation's BR losing streak (10 weekends of losses between June 15 and August 17). After this one, there's only two more episodes of Season 35 that will see the light of day on television until the rotation advances to Season 36 on September 14.

Thanks to KLAS Las Vegas which is airing Wheel six hours early today due to an NFL game, tonight is indeed a third airing of Sharla/Nirali/Rico. This is the third known time an episode got two Saturday reruns, and the first time since the Season 32 rotation. And another double-rerunner will finish off S35 with an episode of Best Friends Week, which was part of the 2018 Summer reruns.

Why have they been repeating episode's that already reran before? I noticed some Season 34 episodes that aired in the summer were reran again in Season 35 Saturdays. And they repeated this Walt Disney Episode and the Best Friends episode that will be the last to rerun for Season 35. And some even reran twice on a Saturday like one of the Season 35 episodes and a Season 32 episode that reran twice on Saturday. I remember the both times when there was a repeat Saturday Rerun.

^ We have no idea why they choose the episodes they choose. It's possible they forgot they already chose this one. There was one instance earlier this season where an episode was listed as airing as a Saturday rerun twice, but the second time was actually a different episode from the same week.
Given that the show did a follow-up segment on Nirali and her encounter with Pat, Vanna, and the crew at Aulani while she was on the trip she won, I was half-expecting them to add in that segment tonight since they do sometimes "update" the reruns, but they did not.

- Halloween
- Secret Santa (both weeks)
- Big Money
Big Money obviously didn't rerun because of revolving around SPIN ID giveaways that couldn't cleanly be edited out. Halloween week getting snubbed was unfortunate, especially since we had a couple of entertaining shows that week, and the Halloween episode got pre-empted in NYC by breaking news. I'm surprised no part of Salute to Texas week reran, although I imagine if they did, they would have edited out Pat and Vanna's intro about Hurricane Harvey. I wonder if they ever found out about the fatal Prize Wedge error that happened on one of that week's episodes. If so, I could see them steering clear of rerunning that one.
We all know the two million dollar losses reran. They were also the only reruns from their respective weeks.
Out of the nine $100K losses of the season, seven of them reran. Two Season 35 episodes reran twice: April 25, 2018 (Best Friends, Day 3) and May 1, 2018 (Disney World III, Day 2). No weeks had all five episodes reran on weekends, though three weeks had four out of five: Weekend Escapes, Show You the World, and America's Game V. Obviously, the longest gap between first and second airings went to the September 13, 2017 episode (Teacher's Week, Day 3), rerunning August 31, 2019. This has to be a rarity for Wheel: an episode airing on TV more than two years after it taped.

So, out of Season 35's 195 episodes, 80 episodes did not air more than once, while 115 aired at least twice. I might be wrong about this, so correct me if I am wrong.
Some simple math:
195 episodes that will air at least once.
13 Weeks of Summer Reruns= 65 previous episodes that will air again
Saturday Reruns= 52 episodes, usually not from Summer Reruns, that will air again
If no episode is rerun twice, that means 117 episodes get aired at least twice, while 78 only get aired once.

13 Weeks of Summer Returns= 65 previous episodes that will air again Saturday Returns= 52 episodes, usually not from Summer Reruns, that will air again It appears that “returns” is a typo or autocorrect. It’s supposed to be spelled “reruns”

If you weren't on Secret Santa and your episode wasn't part of the summer reruns, you have roughly a 43% chance of getting a Saturday rerun the following season [52 weekends / (195 - 65 summer reruns - 10 Secret Santas = 120 episodes left)]

So that was it for Season 35 reruns. I was dissapointed that they were showing alot of the $100K and $1M losses. About a episode rerunning over 2 years after taped, there is another episode I remember that had that happen. The 10/15/13 episode. It reran on Saturday on September 5, 2015. And was taped July 12, 2013. Another episode from that same week in Season 31 also reran two years after taped. The October 18, 2013 episode reran July 25, 2015. We all know they reran again on GSN over a year later after being shown on Saturdays. The last time they were shown was in August this year on GSN over 6 years later after taped. That might be the last time they are shown. And the September 13, 2017 episode was taped July 27, 2017.
