Definitely Season 17 because you can make out the white outlines and drop shadows on the Wheel wedges. I didn't realize they were still using the Season 13 "rolling Wheel" wipe at that point, with the classic R4 layout color scheme and all.
^ Probably not. They've been better about leaving in the classic cues on clips that are only uploaded and not aired on the actual show. The official website recently uploaded Mister Rogers' appearance from 1998 and the original solve cue was left intact.
