Favorite Theme Week

I have a bunch of favorite theme weeks. One of my favorite is Best Friends Week (not to be confused with Teen Best Friends, I am talking about the adult version). I like Best Friends Week because I like seeing best friends play together. Since 1999, Wheel of Fortune always done Best Friends Week every time they've come to New York. My other favorite theme weeks are Heroes Week in 2007, and NYC Week, Mom's Week and Fabulous Food Week in 2013. Those are the other theme weeks Wheel of Fortune has taped in New York. Heroes Week from New York was a week week celebrating firefighters, police officers, doctors, paramedics and teachers from the New York Tri-state area. NYC week in 2013 was to celebrate NYC. Mom's week from NYC was to celebrate moms in celebration of Mother's Day, and Fabulous Food from NYC was to celebrate the different foods in NYC.

I prefer the Great American Cities sets. Seattle looked cool with the Space Needle, Philadelphia with the Liberty Bell, and it is no surprise that Denver is my most favorite since it is a much classier version of the Great Outdoors set.

I'm sure a lot of people here would know that my favorite week of every season is Wheel Around the World week. I always enjoy checking out international versions of Wheel just to see how they differ from ours. There have been a lot of people who have come to me for information about this kind of stuff, but I don't always get this information alone. I rely on sources such as photos and videos, and I've relied on you guys here to help provide me some of this information. I see you guys as a team, and I thank you all for the information you've provided about these versions that I would've otherwise missed.

But getting back to Wheel Around the World week, it may not have the same level of excitement for me as it used to have considering they now usually show versions I already know about or have shown the season before, but it's still nice to see how Pat and Vanna have reacted to them. As for the greetings and appreciations that these versions give our version, they're always a delight.

Of course, it's not the only theme week I enjoy. Whenever they go on location, despite the expense, that's always fun, especially when they go to Disney World, Hawaii, or my Sweet Home Chicago. Even when they can't afford to go to these places, it's always nice when they get to salute them, such as with Great American Cities. Saluting our heroes is another thing I enjoy seeing them do.

Then you Christmas-themed weeks, especially Secret Santa. Those are also nice.
