I think there's one from Sep 1990 nighttime and one from Jan 1991 where Tricia Gist stood in for Vanna in the wake of her wedding to her now former husband

Brennan was selected in a contestant search in March at Griffin's Resorts International casino hotel. That's a nice story about that episode, but it doesn't mean that the actual episode is circulating. That said, the first two regular play episodes circulate from the season's second week (including one with Pat's weird mullet), as well as the aforementioned episode by aaaa, the last three January 1991 episodes, 2/1/91, 4/16/91, Carla/Bob/Winston from late April/early May, 5/14/91 from College Week, along with the Bruce/Doug/Kim summer rerun, believed to be from 1/25/91. It appears to be just 11 episodes, which is a bit surprising since Wheel was widely popular, VHS was at market saturation. Conversely, despite also not airing on GSN, over 40 episodes of Jeopardy! from Season 7 circulate (many more J!'s have leaked online compared to Wheel, which explains their higher rate of circulation). Interestingly, 13 episodes from Goen's final year circulate. |
