Featuring the classic road show theme, Wheel visits the Las Vegas Hilton for this episode from Sweethearts Week, back in the early days of the Spin ID when all were just two letters and five numbers long. Ends after the bonus round.

Definitely a much better game than the one that I hosted in Vegas (the winner left with just $9,700).
I got TU2 with just the E and no-lettered R2 and TU3.

I remember this episode! Also out of curiosity where did you find these episodes?

This came off of a tape from a very notable game show trader, which also contained most of the following days episode of Jeopardy! from the first week of the Ultimate Tournament of Champions, along with six game shows taped off GSN in 2008. Yes, the channel was past its prime in terms of classics, but the recording came off of the morning block, which at the time consisted of Press Your Luck, '80s Let's Make A Deal, Super Password, Tic Tac Dough, Match Game ('79 SYN), and Combs Feud. Interestingly, there were no credit crunches that day, but the closings were still cut off early, usually ending during the consolation prize plugs.
