Philadelphia's WPVI would be affected by this as well, according to the article.

During the Minnesota-Georgia Tech game yesterday, ESPN also made a similar note to FIOS. That said, just like the government, these corporations just want to be greedy, but I don't understand with traditional free broadcast networks being taken away. You'll notice in the article that a majority of FIOS subscribers would terminate their service if the lapse occurs. Yes, the cord cutting trend remains slow with nearly 90 percent of TV households still having cable, but its just plain ridiculous for these ABC affiliates to be under the gun, and I certainly see a future where streaming bundles with different pricing structures is the future. ABC (and CBS, NBC, and FOX) should still be free TV just like for most of the tube's history thanks to its continue ad support. After all, a computer montior is basically just like a TV, and Internet access is what you're really paying for that allows for streaming TV, and with 5G just around the corner, technical issues should make its use much easier, while networks like ESPN could have a various subscription fee, as are other channels like regional sports networks, Nickelodeon, and of course all the movie channels. Those are also major markets, so it could be a huge loss to ABC's performance in the ratings. It also means that Dick Clark's Rockin' New Years Eve would also be affected since the term ends at 5 PM, and that would include Wheel/Jeopardy! as well.

WABC added a crawl at the beginning of last night's episode about the situation, namedropping Jeopardy!, Wheel, and several ABC network shows. It blocked the category strip on the first Toss-Up. They will probably do this for the rest of this week as well.
