THe cruise mentioned as per the WOF Wiki was won via a 11/5-11/9/1990 contest, with the cruise running from Dec 15-22, from which some of the winners made it on the show via an audition on the cruise ship. SOme or all of the people who passed the audition to make it on the show aired the week of 2/4-2/8/1991.

Vanna was on the cruise, but Pat was not because his son Patrick was being born.
I wonder what a WOF cruise would be like today. It could definitely happen since Wheel has a strong partnership with Carnival.
