Hello! My husband and I are attempting to upload his video audition and photo for WHEEL, however we continuously get the "Upload Fail" when inputting the info. Does anyone know WHY this is happening? They both should be under the acceptable mega bytes to upload. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this happen, and if so, how do we get passed it? Thank you in advance! |

I remember having problems uploading my video as well. You're better off uploading it to YouTube and providing the link. You can make the video unlisted so that nobody will see it unless they have the link.

Hi Mario, So did you finally get everything to work? It's very weird, we both have Android phones, and whenever we go to "Browse and Upload", the screen immediately goes to live, it won't let us browse around and find what we initially had recorded. |

I recorded mine using the regular camera app and then copied it to my computer. I didn't apply straight from my phone.

I think I also had trouble accessing & uploading a video I had saved on my iPad. I finally just did the video right from the website. The downside is you only get 1 chance. But it must have worked as I auditioned & was on the show in 2018. Good luck
