Per a post on Instagram from @a1exisherbert, who was present at yesterday's tapings for Delicious Destinations week, the yellow wedge two spots clockwise of the top value will once again be valued at $900 for the entire game, as was the case in Season 32 and early Season 33, rather than $600 for Rounds 1, 2, and 4+ and $900 only for Round 3. A member of this site who was at the same tapings confirmed this. http://instagr.am/p/Bucuno-Beo9 This change will be effective starting April 1 at the latest, barring America's Game episodes that were taped before Delicious Destinations. It is not known if this was present at the tapings for Escape to Portugal week or College Week Spring Break which was the previous pair of tapings. |

I always love it whenever they make changes to the Wheel layout at the start of a season, especially when they make value increases and bring back old friends such as $650. This may not be the biggest change in the world (especially when it's considered that Round 3 apparently won't be affected), but it's still nice to see a shrunken value be reverted.

Well, the $600 was still present on College Week and is there this week, so April 1 is indeed the first taped and aired episode with the change. |
