A contestant in Fall 1994 got nine consonants in a Speed Up round on the puzzle James Madison Wisconsin and won $45K. The one in this video breaks the record as 1994 was five years before $1K was added to the value of the Speed Up spin. A bonus win would have made the contestant the all time winner in WOF history pre Million DOllar bonus round era.

It's common for a video to be removed by the user after it gets blocked for copyright, and I believe that's why it just shows up as removed by the user. I don't know for sure as I've never had to do that myself, but then again, I don't upload TV shows.
