Nice for someone to upload the episodes, but what's the over/under on how fast Sony bucket kicks these episodes from Youtube? There's a guy who posted current Jeopardy! episodes on Dailymotion for probably two years, he got almost all his episodes taken down and got a cease and desist from Sony, and some of his posts got removed from the Jeopardy Reddit fanpage by Sony.

These videos are unlisted. Sony doesn't go after unlisted full episodes. I have several from Seasons 33-34 buried on my channel that are still intact. I even made a separate YouTube account for an archive of Season 34. I was able to archive all but two episodes of that season (the oddball Saturday-first-run episode from 11/12/16 and Nic Pope's episode from 03/28/17 are the only ones I'm missing). To date, not a single episode was removed, although some were monetized either for including a commercial or a clip that Wheel posted on their own channel. My episode, while still public, is monetized not for my gameplay, but for the Vanna blooper reel in the closing segment.
That stinks that Sony finally went after the J! subreddit. The person who recorded the eps posted there was lucky enough to live where J! has its earliest known first-run daily airing in America: 10:30 AM ET/9:30 CT in the Montgomery, Alabama market (same station airs Wheel, but not until 6:30 CT of course). At least as a Wheel fan, it's nice to know that despite the several upper hands Jeopardy! has over Wheel, fan-uploaded episodes online isn't one of them.

The guys' reddit screenname is jibjabjrjr, and he has posted some episodes by 7AM EST, as it airs on some sort of Armed Forces TV station in the middle of the night.
