Just recently, WBZ Boston started to place a transparent station ID logo bug in the corner of the screen. I’m a bit surprised they didn’t start doing it sooner, because it would appear that a lot of affiliates are doing that nowadays during syndicated programming. I also wonder if they’ll start to scrunch the credits. But I’m curious as to if any other stations put the station ID in the corner of the screen.

I've though about this myself. Here's what I do know...
WABC New York does not put any bugs or ID's at any point during the show. This is also the case with all other syndicated programs they air.
WPVI Philadelphia has a transparent 6 ABC bug throughout the show.
WLS Chicago briefly shows a small transparent ABC 7 bug in the top-right corner at the top of the show only.
KABC Los Angeles has a transparent ABC 7 bug for the first few seconds of each segment.
WHP Harrisburg has an opaque white CBS 21 bug throughout the show.
WHIO Dayton has a rather large station ID with an opaque 7 logo in the bottom-right corner at the top of the show, but nothing else.
WBFF Baltimore has a small transparent FOX 45 bug throughout the show.
WNEM Bay Bity has a transparent CBS 5 bug throughout the show.
