The poster says it's from 1999, and it would be from Oct-Dec 1999 if it is because $300 is the lowest value on the wheel, and the Preview puzzle is seen(though that part of the intro isn't in the video). THe video ends after the bonus round, and it's Orient Escape week.

I felt really bad for Kimberly in R4. She seemed so close to winning but bought a bum vowel. Darn. On the other hand, Joe did fantastic!

Richard Corliss posted on Youtube the airdate is 10/18-10/22/1999, and its not the Monday show because Pat says there hadn't been a bonus round win yet that week. This wasn't too long before each show ended the maingame with a Speed Up round.

That BR sounded familiar. I wanna know why...
10/1/09: A BRISK JOG
So they had to reuse two words for that puzzle.

^ No wonder why I had the Bonus with just RSTLNE...
They’ve also used A BRISK PACE twice (9/16/08 and 5/16/12).

Per the fandom.com Wheel of Fortune history wiki, the airdate was October 21, 1999, a Thursday, and if my math is correct, it was S-#3154. So Richard Corliss was actually dead on with estimating the date.
