Episode #7005: America the Beautiful Day 5
Well, everyone, here we go. As I stated in yesterday's recap, we are on the verge of another skunking. If the Bonus Round is not won, tonight, we will be skunked for the third time in a row, and the sixth time overall. I barely had enough tomatoes for this tomato bath. Let's hope for the best, though, as we wrap up America the Beautiful Week.

Let me stop for a moment to thank you all for your comments on the recaps. Your comments keep me motivated to continue composing recaps, and I really appreciate that. In fact, I OWE YOU A FAVOR because of this.
Anyway, Paul starts guessing words like A ONE MORE, and actually gets FAVOR, but he cannot solve for $36,000.
Since the Bonus Round was not won at all this week, this means we've been skunked for the THIRD time in a row. This is also our SIXTH skunking of the season, overall.
Because of the skunking, our salute to America the Beautiful just was not a great one, as our contestants could only take home $165,344 in cash and prizes, this week. I'm not sure if we have any real "highlights" from this week, except for the $10,000 Mystery Wedge win on Thursday's game, Paul from Friday's game almost completing the Main Game Sweep, and the "Changing Lives" segment on Wednesday's show, where we got an update on Miranda Mittleman after her Wheel of Fortune appearance.
We just can't catch a break with the Bonus Round not being won, lately, can we? Perhaps we need some R&R, which is also our next themed week. The last time this theme was used was back in Season 33. This themed week was almost skunked back in Season 33, but an impressive solve in one of the Bonus Rounds prevented the skunk from happening. Let's hope that R&R Week can bring us at least one Bonus Round win, next week.
But in the meantime, let's go ahead and get some R&R in the tomato bath. I have now run out of tomatoes thanks to making this bath, so I'll have to get some more on Monday.
Don't you all just love being in here, especially since we've been in here for the past two weekends, with this being our third?
Note: Once again, huge thanks to GameShow75 for his contributions.
