Nah, even the $44,300 win in 1986-87 wouldn't have been enough to buy everything(that was the record for one round won in the shopping era). Contestants were restricted to one part of the the three-sided turntable, plus could pick from whatever prizes were outside of the turntable.

The puzzle with the $44,300 win was An American Success Story, the contestant bought two cars, and had already won a car via the special prize in round two. TOtal without winning the bonus round was $59,013. Played the bonus round for $17K jewelry(gift certificate)and did not solve Tropical Forest, going from 32 year old memory.
