The WOF compendium gives that as the airdate, but this comes from a rerun airdate which appears to be June 28, 1989 given the five day weather forecast runs Thu-Mon, Wimbledon is mentioned, and a concert from June 30-July 3rd is promoted during this video. It's a two hour video, with WOF running from between 1:29:48 and 1:57:20(commercials included)

It is from a rerun broadcast since it's a weeknight in late June, and it's known to be 2/28/1989 or later as Before and After debuted on 2/27/1989
