I have finally found it but there is a small issue. It turns out that my VCR is broke. If anyone has any recommendations on how to upload this that would be great

Well, first, you need to get it in a working VCR. You should be able to find one at Goodwill.
Where do you live? If you happen to live in my neck of the woods, I’d gladly take the tape and do the hard work for you.

There is a Goodwill somewhere in N.O. I will make the drive later this week.

Make sure it has A/V out - the plugs for yellow/white/red cables on the back. If it has component out (red/blue/green/white/red), or even HDMI out (very rare), even better. You don't want one of those old ones where you have to connect it with a coaxial cable.

I'm attempting to fix the VCR. It is a Hitachi DA4 MX411. If you know anything about it please let me know.
