Recorded off WOLO, the ABC affiliate out of Columbia, South Carolina, which still carries the show today, although it seems they were not on the HD bandwagon yet with Wheel.
Notice how the R in the logo for this week has a hole in the R, like in the Season 25 title card and the Chesty font.

Good observation!
I don't think it was that WOLO wasn't broadcasting Wheel in HD yet, but rather that the person recording the show probably didn't have an HD TV, like a good amount of America in 2007. Maybe I'm totally wrong though.
