I wonder what the intros for both seasons will look like 🤔 Season 34 - there were various objects with question-form responses written next to them, and changed with each episode. Season 35 - various objects along with set pieces falling into place on blue diamond-shaped floors. I think Season 36 will have a similar intro to S34 or S35. |

For Jeopardy, I was thinking: The Sony intro returns, followed by a compilation of dollar values, categories, pics of Alex, etc. Then, the Jeopardy logo flies in a la Season 15. For Wheel: The wedges of the logo falling into place, then the logo forms one word at a time, as the audience chants. Those are my ideas, but we’ll see come tomorrow. What do you think? |

For some seasons, something else other than the "A" revealed the set. Season 14 - the logo flies out to the left, and one of the red cubes zooms forward Season 15 - logo zooms out to the left Season 16 - TV monitor zooms in Season 18 - logo zooms out to the right, purple tiles slide out to both right and left Season 20 - "P" zooms forward Season 21 - logo swings forward, and the "J" reveals the set Season 25 - similar to Season 21 Season 26 - glass doors close and then open to reveal the set Season 29 - rounded "doors" zoom in from both sides of the screen, then slide open to reveal the set. |

I’ve heard you say that the animation for Season 37 is more traditional than S34-S36. How is it like? It starts on a closeup of the spinning colored wedges, then the camera zooms out and the logo slides in from the bottom-right. The logo is at first black with some of the letters flashing bright colors. Once it comes to rest in the center, the words light up white one by one. Then after the chant, a white flash fills the screen before dissolving to the set. The intro is no longer customized for each theme. |

The theme music package for Jeopardy! is still the same. And I had a feeling it's because Alex is still hosting, and the producers probably won't want to have a new music package or a new set until someone has replaced Alex as host.
The short intro music on Wheel got remixed again. The brass instruments were removed and replaced with electric guitars; and now it kind of sounds like the 2007-2016 theme except transposed.

Aha. Recorded by a CJON/NTV viewer in Canada who saw the show three hours ago.
That intro music is definitely new. The version from Seasons 34 and 36 was played the studio when I was there.

The new Jeopardy! intro is:
A globe with different categories floating, then words music fly in with musical notes, and then the logo flies in.
Pretty neat.

Nice! Havent seen Jeopardy yet though. The Mystery Wipe is updated yet again when the wheel spins so the yellow $600 is now $900. But after the commercial it shows the yellow $600.
And just noticed the Gift Tag was misplaced on the wrong purple $500. It was put where the Prize is supposed to go in Round 2.

Looking at the intro; magnificent.
The toss-up designs are interesting, although the animations are the same.
However, I’m not too keen on the new Final Spin graphic, it looks a bit cheap.

I like the new intro, and yes I agree the Final Spin graphic is too cheap. They shouldve kept the Season 31 version even know it's been used for 6 years. Just saw Jeopardy!, and I like Jeopardy's new graphics!
