Seconded. I Wonder Why That Episode is In Master Quality, It's not necessarily a master copy - some home recordings I've seen simply look really good.

Sure looks master quality to me. If it were a home recording, wouldn't there be obvious graininess or tracking lines?
Makes me wonder if NBC had any part in providing the copy, since Ellen is carried on all the NBC O&O's, I believe. Probably no logic in that, but you never know...
