Have any couples made it on the show together but auditioned separately? My husband and I both tried out yesterday. I did well in audition and was not asked to stay after test. He was asked to stay and said that they had a couple stay and play together. I wonder if that means we WONT be asked as a couple. Thanks in advance!

If both of you get acceptance letters, there is no guarantee that you will play as a couple. There has been an odd shortage of team weeks this season. If there aren't any couples weeks coming up, they may just cast you as separate contestants.

I sat in front of a straight married couple at my audition. The wife was asked to stay, and the husband was not. Unfortunately, neither of them got the letter.
They were the only team that I saw that was split up for part two.
I will add that being asked to stay (or not being asked to stay) doesn’t mean a whole lot anymore. We’ve had board members who’ve made it who’ve stayed and board members who’ve made it that haven’t. In fact, every person from my audition that I have recognized on the show (at least four so far, plus myself) stayed for part two. It is quite possible that you will both make it despite having different experiences.
