Sorry for the double-post, but I really didn't want to have one big huge post and I'd rather let the third video and airdate info stand by itself. Regardless...
* May 11:
While the player interviews are missing, the post-game totals indicate that Michael had previously won $8,450.
Jack, describing a $24 box of Ghirardelli chocolate bars post-Round 1: "They're high in calories but they're sooo good!" Uh...Isaywha? Points for honesty, I guess, but I have to wonder if someone ended up holding a cardboard sign by the off-ramp after this.
A $17 vase? That's definitely among the lowest-valued items ever offered.
A few of Jack's descriptions suggest that the staff had gotten some items while they were in San Francisco to shoot the location footage and such.
Mid-round breaks were common at the time, but in Round
4?!
Puzzles (/ denotes a line break):
Phrase: A WORD / TO THE / WISE
Place: CARSON CITY / NEVADA
Thing: WROUGHT-IRON / GATE
Occupation: BLACKSMITH (goes to Speed-Up)

Weird not seeing the money graphic.
NICKNAME?! I swear, this category's lifespan gets more and more enigmatic...
Thought for a second that there was gonna be a home-viewer contest. Nope, just a plug for some San Antonio tryouts on June 3.
"For $44 I want the pet dish for my dog", turns out it's got a cat design. Oops.
Ooh, an M&M's advert. (Also, the chocolate may not melt in your hand, but the candy coating has definitely stained mine many a time over the years.)
Puzzles:
Nickname: BILLY / THE / KID
Phrase: GET DOWN TO / BRASS TACKS
Event: DIAMOND / JUBILEE
Place: NOVA / SCOTIA (begins as a Speed-Up)
* May 13:
Not often that I see video games on classic
Wheel, but the TV on the first prize platform has an Intellivision and four games on top (seen most clearly at the 20-second mark). That said, even with pictures of all the Intellivision box art I couldn't tell which games are up there.
Nice long cut of the "Temptation Eyes"-based cue under the Round 3 prize descriptions.
Never thought I'd see a player asking if the show "jacks up" the prices of the prizes, but there it is. Good response from Chuck, too.
Seems there was some camera trouble before revealing the Round 4 puzzle. Also,
another mid-round break during Round 4?
Puzzles:
Person: TAMMY / WYNETTE
Phrase: XXXXXXX / XX THE / XXXXX TXEE (Special Report cuts in after the Es are revealed; someone on The Game Show Forum suggested BARKING UP THE WRONG TREE)
Thing: EVAPORATED / MILK
Phrase: TXX / SXCRXT (goes to Speed-Up; Special Report cuts in after the C is lit up, puzzle is most likely TOP SECRET)
And the end result:
Uncertain, since the end of the game is missing. Lynn definitely left with at least $9,800 ($8,500 in two previous games + $1,300 in Round 3 here), and the uploader has commented that "As I recall she ended up winning close to $12,000 worth of stuff."
Big thanks to Robert Mudd (Lynn's husband) for sharing these.
[EDIT 7/26/20: Replaced "?"s in the May 13 puzzle list with Xs due to the former causing emotes to appear.]
