George gets BEYOND, but cannot solve BEYOND DISPUTE for $37,000.
This sure was a quiet week compared to the last few weeks. Our GAC: San Francisco Bay Area contestants took home $215,512 in cash and prizes, this week. Highlights from this episode include the Bonus Round win on Thursday, Tuesday and Thursday's come from behind wins, Wednesday's $10,000 Mystery Wedge win, and George sweeping the Toss-Ups on Friday's game. We did have a $100,000 loss on Tuesday's game, though, but we've had worse situations in seasons past.
Right now, this is the last full week of new episodes, because right now, all we'll be seeing is reruns of episodes from this season or last season (Season 36). We still have twelve episodes that have yet to air that are supposed to be part of Season 37. (Week of Fun! Week, UK Getaway Week, and the America's Game episodes for Week of Fun! and Surfin' Safari are said episodes). It is unknown when these episodes are going to air, and if they'll be part of Season 37, or Season 38 when it (supposedly) airs in the fall.
Until Wheel of Fortune's social media pages say that this is the end of Season 37 (like when they thanked us for a great season at the end of Season 36 on their social media pages), I am not calling this the end of Season 37.
If Season 37 is officially over (and again, not saying it's over until they say it's over), I'll do an entire season recap/review. If they finally air the twelve episodes later on, and they're counted as Season 37 episodes, then I'll compose recaps of those episodes before doing an entire season recap/review. I'm waiting for whatever comes first.
Please continue to stay safe, everyone. I'm sure we'll see new episodes, eventually. In the meantime, however, I'm signing off on recaps, for the time being.
