* I'd like to add the Wheel layouts for each season, and when each Wheel template was first used.
* Besides the top dollar value or special wedges being in wrong places, have there been any other template errors (Bankrupt in wrong place, misplaced non-TDV amount, etc.)?
* When did Pat start and stop doing "Put down that ___, it's time for our Jackpot round"?
* I've only found one instance of Quotation in the bonus round. Has that happened any other time?

I can certainly help you out on the first two. The only layouts I really do not know about are the layouts from the 1974's pilots later rounds, and a couple from 1975, not to mention the layouts from the 1973 Shopper's Bazaar pilot. If anyone has their hands on any Wheel of Fortune episodes from 1973 to 1975 or early 1976, please tell us about them. If you have a YouTube account, please upload them when you can. Apart from that, I know a few instances of cash value misplacements. A friend of mine told me that he saw a nighttime episode from the mid 1980s (possibly 1985) where the yellow $500 used to cover up the red $300 next to the Bankrupt was instead covering the red $200 next to the Lose A Turn. germanname.deviantart.com/art/Odd-80s-Wheel-Placement-143712146For a short while in 1985 on the nighttime shows, the orange-tan $800 used to cover up the $175 space in round one covered the yellow $750 instead. My guess is that it was probably when this $800 spot was first introduced and that they decided to move it to the $175 to have no values on the wheel ending in other than 50 or 00. They still kept it in it's orange-tan color instead of recoloring it blue. There was an episode of such on YouTube but is no longer there. One the May 5, 1986 episode that was "at my wit's end," the orange $600 used to cover the beige $100 instead covered up the $300 next to it. This is probably the last time that a $100 space was seen in a nighttime episode of Wheel. www.youtube.com/watch?v=FcYHAG8SfiYwww.youtube.com/watch?v=mAFzpCu8EJwwww.youtube.com/watch?v=srctOO90llUThe second most recent case I know about is this one episode from 1987 (I believe in September just before the Big Month/Bonanza of Cash started). Instead of just two, there were three $900 spaces on the round 2 and round 3 wheels. www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAniPBY177cThe most recent was this one episode from season 26 where both the $3500 and the Bankrupt adjacent to it were shifted one space clockwise. How interesting and somewhat ironic how the top dollar area now took away all your money!

I have the 9/12/03 episode on tape. It has something I don't recall seeing anywhere else — a trivia question following a Headline puzzle. The puzzle was QUEEN ELIZABETH CELEBRATES MILESTONE, and Pat asked the contestant whether it was the 40th, 50th or 60th anniversary of her coronation. Did they do this with any other Headline puzzles, or any other puzzles at all in this era (besides the Clue/Next Line Please/etc. line)?
