It looks like the short version of this season's intro lasted just one day. Although it wasn't in reruns at the time, nice to see Gina with her PYL reference on her first spin on Tuesday. Friday of course is noteworthy for being the first ever Prize Puzzle, and even at the outset, Pat was already giving his false jokes! Thursday was the most exciting show of the week, and Friday had one of the highest Jackpot amounts ever. Its neat watching shows from this season since it nicely blends elements of both the early cash era, including prizes still on the Wheel from R4 up, single word Bonus puzzles, the traditional prize wedges in updated form followed by the first art wedges, and the unique backdrops of this season.
