February 22, 1994 Recap

Since I feel like this section hasn't gotten much action lately, I'll post a Retro Recap every day this week (Mon-Fri) so you can basically get a double dose of WHEEL as new episodes will air this week as well.

Alison Gordy: NYC. Won $39,632 cash & prizes yesterday (incl. $25K in the BR; she seems a lot less nervous compared to her first appearance).
Scott McKenzie: Oviedo, FL (just northeast of Orlando). Morning radio DJ on Orlando's #1 station. Married to Fran for 4 years with a 2-year-old daughter who's dissappointed that Pat's married (LOL!).

George wastes a turn with BANKRUPT. Alison (Pat: Spin carefully.) calls up a $450 N, 2 D's on $250, A, but then R for rats while on $500 (next to top dollar). Scott picks up the SURPRISE with 3 L's, but then P for phooey while on that $450 space. George gets 2 T's on $500, 2 S's on $400, 2 E's, a $400 H, O, and 3 $350 W's to wipe out the consonants.

The nametag gets loose on Alison (and Pat takes it off), but she still gets an $800 R up there. Up next is a $200 N, 3 O's, a C for the VIDEO/PHONE package, E and 2 A's to wipe out the vowels, but then B for bupkis while on $750. We immediately get back to her since Scott says S on $200 and George BANKRUPTS again. Up next is a $700 P, a $150 K, an $800 L...and 3 T's on the other $500 space.
