It's Day 3 of New York Week (from Culver City) in Season 14 and Vanna has some trouble with the then new puzzleboard later in the show...an entertaining moment indeed!

I remember this! I remembered an episode shortly after the new board debut where Vanna had trouble lighting up a letter and shrugged, then they replayed it in slow-mo during the credits. This must have been it!

You can tell after the incident of the letter not wanting to appear that the board wasn’t acting right for the rest of the show. Since this is a Wednesday show, I wonder if they had an extensive break in between shows to fix it?

I almost wonder if the puzzle couldn't take all the rapid-fire solving or the overuse of all the rounds.
