CBS did sign off in time for 7:30, but some airings may have been cut off. WCBS cut off the beginning of Entertainment Tonight, and KTVT Dallas, known for starting Wheel early, cut off the intro.

Yet another pre-emption in Rochester tonight. WROC is airing a special titled Foodlink: Nourishing Lives During the Pandemic. Wheel will air at 1:37 AM Eastern yet again.
This is the eighth time since December that WROC has pre-empted Wheel independently, counting Monday when they opted to carry the impeachment coverage while other stations did not. That's roughly once a week. They also sometimes pre-empt the Saturday reruns with infomercials at the last minute, and there was another Buffalo Kickoff Live last Saturday as well, but that may be the last for a while now that the Bills are out.

WCBD in Charleston, SC is airing Thursday's episode, along with J!, on its CW+ subchannel due to a COVID vaccine special. www.counton2.com/health/coronavirus/covid-vaccine-your-questions-answered-during-news-2-roundtable-discussion-this-thursday/A reminder that at this point, I am no longer actively searching every affiliate for changes in Wheel airings. I am now only posting what I happen to see. This and the above I found simply from searching WOF on Twitter. EDIT: Although in cases where Wheel is expected to be pre-empted by a network event, such as a sporting event, I will search the affected affiliates if I feel like it.

WCBD in Charleston, SC is airing Thursday's episode, along with J!, on its CW+ subchannel due to a COVID vaccine special. The special is also airing on two fellow SC-based, Nexstar-owned stations: WSPA in Greenville (and Asheville, NC) and WBTW in Myrtle Beach. WSPA does not carry Wheel. WBTW ran a crawl at the beginning of the special noting that Wheel would move to their MyTV subchannel. WSAV in Savannah, GA is also considered a sister station of WCBD, but I checked them and Wheel was on as usual.

WABC viewers, the Saturday rerun for this week is moved to 5:30 AM. It seems the ABC O&O's are doing a brief revival of their former weekend syndie On the Red Carpet (which actually did a segment on Wheel circa 2011; there's a thread about it buried here). Normally, WABC airs these at 7:00 and bumps J! to another random slot. This weekend, however, there is a separate local special at 7:00, so OTRC is airing at 7:30, bumping both shows (J! is airing at 4:30 AM Sunday). Also, West Coast ABC affiliates will begin moving or skipping the Saturday reruns starting this weekend to NBA. They should be airing them in slightly later time slots, but when the games run long, Wheel may get joined in progress or skipped by late local news or the station opting to air J! in its entirety. I don't feel like checking them all, but I did see that KABC Los Angeles will air 1/30 at 10:00 and 2/6 at 10:30. KGO San Francisco will air both at 10:00.
FOX has PBC Boxing during the usual Wheel time tomorrow as well.

Bad news for Kansas City.
Starting tonight, Wheel is pre-empted on WDAF for seven days in a row (counting Saturday) by Chiefs specials, since the Chiefs have made the Super Bowl for the second year in a row.
1/29's episode will air at 11:00 PM Central. 1/30's rerun will air at 4:30 AM Sunday morning. 2/1-5 will air at 12:30 AM Central. Wheel will not return to its regular time until the 2/6 Saturday rerun (ironically, one day before the big game).
Thursday 2/4 is also pre-empted in neighboring market St. Joseph. KQTV is not airing that day's episode at all.
CWOF is not affected by any of this. The three-hour marathon on 2/4 is still on for both KQTV and Kansas City's KMBC (which I believe used to carry syndie Wheel before moving to KSHB then WDAF).
As for the other team's market, WTSP in Tampa is only pre-empting the 2/6 Saturday rerun the day before the game, which will air at 1:30 AM Eastern. No weekday episodes are affected.

KHQ in Spokane pre-empted Thursday's episode with a Gonzaga University basketball game. It aired Friday at 12:00 PM Pacific.

Tonight's episode might be pre-empted in some Northeast markets due to the big snowstorm today. The NYC market lost all of its afternoon syndies on the Big Three except for Dr. Phil on WCBS.
WABC aired today's Rachael Ray on Localish. I'll be programming that channel to record tonight just in case.

WMTV in Madison, WI often airs the Saturday reruns during early afternoons on their CW subchannel. Sometimes it airs at 6:30 Central on the main station as normal, but on other occasions, including today, they'll put another random syndie at 6:30 (today was Last Man Standing), and show Wheel on CW at 12:00, 12:30, or 1:00 PM. Since Locast recently added this market, I used it to catch it on WMTV's CW (logo top-left). They also use CW as a backup when weekday episodes are pre-empted, though this doesn't happen often. Since one of the reruns this season was changed to another episode at the last minute, I like to try to catch them as early as possible in case I know one of the contestants on social media and can alert them. On Saturdays, I normally have an alarm set for 3:59 AM so I can catch the intro on WPXI Pittsburgh (I go right back to bed once I know it's the "right" episode), but I forgot that I turned it off last weekend since WABC was also airing it early Saturday morning that weekend so I could simply play it back off my DVR when I woke up, and I forgot to turn it back on for today. WPXI still has Weekend Wheel scheduled for 4:00 AM; once their Steelers show at 7:30 PM is finished, it switches to a Pittsburgh Penguins show for a few more weeks before they put Wheel back in its rightful slot.

This year's March Madness schedule has been released. It will affect three first-run episodes of Wheel (four for the Pacific Time Zone) and three reruns. Wheel will be pre-empted on CBS affiliates on the following days:
Friday, March 19 (America's Game III, Day 5)
Saturday, March 20 (rerun) Monday, March 22 (Resort Livin', Day 1)
Saturday, March 27 (rerun) [if game runs long or station opts to air local news at 7:00 PM ET]
Monday, March 29 (Gone Fishin', Day 1) Saturday, April 3 (rerun) Monday, April 5 [Pacific Time Zone only; game starts at 9:00 PM ET] (College Week Spring Break, Day 1)

Another pre-emption in Rochester tonight.
WROC is airing the "Susan B. Anthony Birthday Gala", moving Wheel to 1:37 AM Eastern. At this rate, I think WROC might have pre-empted Wheel more often than WBZ. It's definitely getting close.

Several stations messed up Thursday's show. It got cut off mid-R1 to a black screen, then R2 onwards was from Wednesday's show. This happened on at least the following stations: KFSM - Fort Smith, AR (CBS) WTHR - Indianapolis, IN (NBC) KSDK - St. Louis, MO (NBC) WCNC - Charlotte, NC (NBC) WBNS - Columbus, OH (CBS) KIII - Corpus Christi, TX (ABC) KVEO-DT2 - Harlingen, TX (CBS) KHOU - Houston, TX (CBS) Also, WTOV in Steubenville, OH aired Tuesday's episode.

Another station that messed up tonight: KFSM in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
This plus all the other stations listed above (minus WTOV, though their error was different) are owned by Tegna, Inc. They own other Wheel affiliates, but those are the only ones I know that messed up. I didn't have time to check all of them, but there are multiple complaints at each station on Twitter. Tegna also owns WXIA in Atlanta, and I would imagine there would have been at least one complaint if they messed up Wheel being that they're the #10 market.

KIII in Corpus Christi, Texas (ABC, also owned by Tegna) had the same issues with Thursday's show, according to a viewer in the WOF Facebook Group. This viewer also gets KENS in San Antonio, which is also Tegna-owned, but said that station had no issues.
Someone in the group also reported having the issue in Massachusetts, but there are no Tegna-owned stations in or near that state. A Boston viewer in the group said it was fine on WBZ. The only other MA-based station that has Wheel is WWLP in Springfield, but they're owned by Nexstar.
KXTV in Sacramento (ABC), another Tegna station, has been showing the show fine tonight.

All of these stations, including WTOV, aired the correct episode on Friday, and none of them announced any plans to redo Thursday's show.

The first known pre-emption of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune happens this week. ABC affiliate WQOW on Eau Claire, Wisconsin is carrying the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association's hockey and basketball tournaments on select days in February and March, resulting in various ABC programming changes. WQOW will air the last two episodes of CWOF on 2/25 and 3/4 at 12:06 AM Central. Here is a list of all their programming changes: wqow.com/2021/02/24/changes-in-wqow-programs-due-to-wiaa-state-tournaments/This does not affect syndicated WOF. All upcoming airings of that version are scheduled at their regular times on NBC affiliate WEAU.
