Already scheduled the 7:00 and 7:30 slots on WABC-DT2 to record just in case.
If there are more pre-emptions tonight, use Locast to stream KTVK in Phoenix at 9:00 PM Eastern. They're an independent station and didn't air any election coverage yesterday.

FOX's should be fine tonight. My FOX is an O&O and they're showing 25 Words or Less right now as usual.
I'm more interested in seeing if any stations air yesterday's show tonight besides the three we know about (Boston, LA, and Medford, OR, the last of which I don't have access to).

Looks like only ABC and FOX aren't running national coverage still.
In Atlanta, Wheel is airing on WATL right now.

I've contacted WBZ today and they have re-scheduled tonight's episode of Wheel to tomorrow night. They also bumped tomorrow night's Wheel to early Thursday morning. WBZ is currently airing the proper episode for today, not yesterday's.

Just went through all the 7:00 PM Eastern airings. The following stations pre-empted Wednesday's Wheel with more election coverage. All are NBC affiliates. REGION | STATION | Atlanta, GA | WXIA | Detroit, MI | WDIV | Lansing, MI | WILX | Washington, NC | WITN | Utica, NY | WKTV | Knoxville, TN | WBIR | Charlottesville, VA | WVIR |
Atlanta is known to have moved Wheel to sister station WATL.

These 7:30/6:30 Central airings were lost today, too. Again, all are NBC affiliates. No East Coast ABC's, CBS's, or FOX's were affected today (barring WKRN Nashville) besides some stations adding election updates on the bottom of the screen. Also, from the stations that did air Wheel tonight so far, none of them aired last night's episode delayed. Stations marked in red in this post and the above post did opt to air Wheel on Tuesday, but not on Wednesday. REGION | STATION | Grand Junction, CO | KKCO | Waterloo, IA | KWWL | Rockford, IL | WREX | Wichita, KS | KSNW | Alexandria, LA | KALB | St. Louis, MO | KSDK | Charlotte, NC | WCNC | North Platte, NE | KNOP | Austin, TX | KXAN | Temple, TX | KCEN | Madison, WI | WMTV |
Edited to add KKCO from the Mountain Time Zone, which did not air Wheel, either. The other three Mountain NBC's did.

A lot of the West Coast did not get Wednesday's show either. All ABC's got it, AFAIK. Only one NBC in the Pacific Time Zone aired Wheel tonight (KNVN Chico, CA). One of the three Pacific CBS's did not show it, either, the only non-NBC I've found tonight (besides WKRN) that did not air Wheel. A lot of the pre-emptions tonight were in states that have yet to finish counting votes, which is understandable. REGION | STATION | AFF. | Monterey, CA | KSBW | NBC | cc: dyecain101 | Palm Springs, CA | KMIR | NBC | San Diego, CA | KNSD | NBC | San Luis Obispo, CA | KSBY | NBC | Las Vegas, NV | KLAS | CBS | Spokane, WA | KHQ | NBC | Yakima, WA | KNDO | NBC |
Speaking of Pacific Time, fellow ABC O&O's KGO San Francisco (cc: genius2751 ) and KFSN Fresno followed suit with KABC's plan and aired Tuesday's episode on Wednesday, so presumably, they will both air Friday's episodes in Saturday primetime (KGO at 10:00, KFSN at 9:30). All the other Pacific ABC's and Alaska aired Wednesday's episode tonight.

^ It's because 6-8 PM are the best hours for ratings for syndication and local programming. Roger King of KingWorld insisted that stations air Wheel at 7:00 or 7:30 PM Eastern. alexb1186 once showed me an old newspaper article about how WPTZ in Vermont was forced to drop Wheel at one point the 80's because they didn't have room for it in the 7:00 hour. They could only air it at 5:00 or 5:30, but KingWorld would not budge (WPTZ does carry it today at 7:30). This rule is part of what made it such a hit in the 80's, and mainly why it was #1 in syndication for so many years. It's just a side effect that those same hours are when stations want (or need) to air their local specials, or when sporting events start. I've seen many Jeopardy! fans in the Central Time Zone complain that they have to DVR the show and then watch it when they get home from work. In Chicago, J! is on 3:30. People are at work, school, or just busy when it's on. By the time Wheel airs at 6:30, people are home, and it helps that especially for ABC affiliates like this one, it leads into bigger hits like The Bachelor. When I was in high school, one of my classmates would gleefully tell me that she would watch Wheel on Mondays because in our area, it's on right before Bachelor on our ABC. Here's two examples from this week in which Wheel actually was favored over J!: On Tuesday, Knoxville's affiliate did air Wheel, but they did not air J!, switching to NBC's election coverage. Also, KOTA in Rapid City moved Wheel early to 4:00 PM Mountain Time and followed it with ABC World News Tonight, followed by the election coverage. J! was bumped to 2:00 AM, and it might not have even aired because of how long the coverage went. Yes, Wheel gets screwed with stuff like sports pregame and news specials, but a temporarily loss in ratings from that hardly compares to a long-term ratings decline if a key market suddenly decides to air it at a time like 4:00 PM. Sure, it would benefit us hardcore fans, but not really the show as a whole. Also remember that Wheel only has one run a day. If they had two or more like literally every other syndie game show, then I'm sure things would be different. A second Wheel run, which would have presumably been the Wheel equivalent of "Daytime Jeopardy!" (entire previous season), was almost rolled out in the 2012-13 season according to WikiLeaks, but CBS TVD would not have wanted stations to pair it with DJ!

And they did not air Wheel overnight. It was that dental infomercial. Tuesday's ep is skipped.

REGION | STATION | AFF. | Monterey, CA | KSBW | NBC | cc: dyecain101 | Palm Springs, CA | KMIR | NBC | San Diego, CA | KNSD | NBC | San Luis Obispo, CA | KSBY | NBC | Las Vegas, NV | KLAS | CBS | Spokane, WA | KHQ | NBC | Yakima, WA | KNDO | NBC |
So the whole NBC thing... turns out NBC scrapped its scheduled Wednesday primetime lineup and aired all election coverage form 7-11 PM Eastern, with the 7 hour being optional for the East Coast. As of now, Thursday is normal.
A rerun of The Wall was scheduled for 8 ET/PT, followed by the two-hour season finale of American Ninja Warrior. On the West Coast, Wall was moved to 9 and a rerun of Dateline NBC was slotted for 10, with ANW nationally delayed to Friday. The 8:00 PM hour in the Pacific Time Zone was likely left for stations to make up syndies or local news. All markets on Zap2It have that hour listed as TBA, but KHQ Spokane announced that Jeopardy! and Wheel would air at 8:00/8:30, so the other Pacific NBC's probably did the same.

There's a chance tonight's show will be interrupted on the East Coast. The President announced he would be speaking at 6:30 PM Eastern. I'm watching and recording tonight's Wheel right now on WLUK Green Bay (FOX), which airs it at exactly that time on Thursdays because of NFL, and they have not interrupted it as of R2, although they did say they would be airing the address while signing off from their newscast that preceded Wheel.
EDIT: Wheel only aired through R3 on WLUK. However, it looks like ABC airings will be fine.

Besides WLUK, Wheel was only affected on the other 7:00 FOX airings, and only the beginning was cut off. WXIX Cincinnati had it on by TU2, and WSYT Syracuse had it on by R1. Wheel is pre-empted tonight in most if not all of the Pacific Time Zone. All of the Big Three are airing live election coverage from 6-8 PM Pacific (7-8 for ABC). ABC is airing more coverage at 10 PT, the other two are not. Stations marked with a [D] are airing Wheel on a one-day delay this week since Wednesday, so tonight's airing, if any, would be Wednesday's episode, not Thursday's. Thursday's Wheel is confirmed to be rescheduled in these markets: REGION | STATION | AFF. | TIME | Chico, CA | KNVN | NBC | 9:00 PM | San Diego, CA | KNSD | NBC | 9:00 PM | San Luis Obispo, CA | KSBY | NBC | 9:30 PM | Yakima, WA | KNDO | NBC | 9:00 PM | Los Angeles, CA | KABC [D] | ABC | 1:36 AM | ATTN: scottman82wheelfan | San Francisco, CA | KGO [D] | ABC | 3:30 AM | ATTN: genius2751 |
These markets have at least one hour in primetime listed as TBA. Wheel will likely air at these times, but they are not confirmed: REGION | STATION | AFF. | TIME | Palm Springs, CA | KMIR | NBC | 9:00 PM? | Monterey, CA | KSBW | NBC | 9:30 PM? | ATTN: dyecain101 | Spokane, WA | KHQ | NBC | 9:30 PM? | Bakersfield, CA | KBAK | CBS | 10:30 PM? | Las Vegas, NV | KLAS | CBS | 10:30 PM? | Eugene, OR | KVAL | CBS | 10:30 PM? |
These two ABC stations do not have Wheel listed for tonight at all on any sources, but they may air it overnight, starting at 1:06 AM at the earliest. REGION | STATION | Fresno, CA | KFSN [D] | Sacramento, CA | KXTV | ATTN: @rockyboy34 |
These stations still have Wheel listed at their regular time on all sources, but the broadcasts tonight might not be optional. If Wheel does not air at the normal time on these stations, they may air it overnight. All are ABC's. REGION | STATION | Alaska | KYUR | Eureka, CA | KAEF | Reno, NV | KOLO | Bend, OR | KOHD | Medford, OR | KDRV | Portland, OR | KATU | ATTN: Stuart McPherran | Seattle, WA | KOMO |

^ Regarding the last group, Seattle is showing Wheel right now at the normal time. Alaska and Portland are showing J! as normal, so Wheel should follow. Can't speak for the others since I don't have access to them.

All of these were correct. Also, KNDO aired last night's Wheel at 9:00, not 9:30. The listings accidentally had Wheel and J! swapped. They did not air Wheel overnight, at least not before 2:00 AM.

KSBY just announced Wheel is airing at 10:30 PM Pacific today due to more NBC election coverage. It looks like NBC scrapped tonight's Dateline and is airing a live hour of coverage at 10 Eastern/7 Pacific. www.ksby.com/news/local-news/ksby-programming-changes-for-friday-nov-6Presumably, most or all Pacific NBC's will air Wheel three hours later than usual, at 10:00 or 10:30 PM. (cc: dyecain101) ABC is also airing special coverage tonight, but according to KABC and KGO's sites, there will be two hours from 5-7, then a break for J! and Wheel, then one more hour at 8. East is only covering from 8-10.
