From the Play Mechanix studio, it's assets from America's game! Over the past few months, I have been working on prepping for video arcade servicing as a sort of side project of my new business. As I stocked up on recovery media with some help from arcade enthusiasts at /1CC/, I noticed that these games are really just common PC hardware at this point which is within my IT element. I have been studying game titles developed by Play Mechanix, an arcade game software development studio and wholly-owned subsidiary of Raw Thrills based in Illinois (Many American coin-op arcade companies are based there). Game titles developed by PM run within a Linux operating environment, and I decided to explore the file system contents from these recovery discs given my familiarity with Linux systems. PM actually uses their own in-house engine, with their own proprietary asset formats. However, audio files and some other data are stored in common formats. I previously studied the "Mega Win" Wheel game manufactured by ICE though also developed by PM, and I'll work on releasing the sound files for that title soon enough as a reply to this thread. For now, I decided to release the sound files from the more involved Raw Thrills Wheel game. When I posted the archive on the Discord, I have been told that there are several unused audio files presumably for internal testing within PM or for future use as the game did have the capability of receiving revision updates over the air through PM's "CoinUp" service. I have already posted the download link to the zipped archive of the audio files on the Discord server, but for those who are not part of it I'll post it here too. And before you ask, yes the puzzle solutions for the Raw Wheel game are stored in a plain text file within the game install. I am still rather hesitant in releasing that list however, mainly due to spoilers and also if I do end up publicizing the list the game would end up being used for farming tickets and plausibly forcing operators to get rid of them. I may end up providing it to a small number of people, but right now I need to gain some confidence in doing so.

Fascinating stuff, thanks. I look at a lot of arcade stuff in my spare time like the back of my hand, so here goes my attempt to try to make this explanation not too complex about why you’d be safe releasing the puzzles:
As far as I know, doing so likely wouldn’t be that much of an edge. Like many arcade games with wheels, but not all, you do not have absolute control of the wheel. Somewhere like a Bay-Tek game like Big Bass Wheel, you have total control but how much power a given spin goes neatly varies by machine. That’s all skill. This likely, but not with absolution, isn’t.
Instead, I believe you have approximate range of skill and power. Basically, as far as I know, the game has a payout as to when it can hit the center of the Oreo wedges, likely determined by the operator, much like the Wheel’s layout. Operators have a choice of nine layouts for the wheel, according to the manual.
That is to say in more basic terms, X amount of plays, credits, dollars, etc. have to be put on until it’s even possible to hit the big tickets, let alone execute them. You could know the sweet spot on which to land but you’d still be off a hair and land on the bankrupt equivalent to the Oreo wedge and end up with a tiny amount of tickets/points (as is the case with Wheel type 1-G) per letter.
ICE’s Monopoly is a similar game with a similar design of spinner and, personally, an ultimate flaw, if so. I can’t confirm this but the physical design of both cabinet and spinner are so similar makes me believe this is the case.
If my presumption about the payout rate is not the case, well, that’s notable. And it has absolutely certain appeal. Without saying any specifics, many games are like this but to an even stronger degree of ticket:cost where you come out ahead.
Of what I know of Dave and Buster’s in particular, you don’t want to slam these things but it takes a lot to nerf a game like this, especially because it’s so expensive relative expensive relative to expected and known return, even on half-price Wednesdays. Plus, you ultimately don’t control what puzzle you see, could always see a real cheap solution like ZZ TOP which in fact exists in-game. Besides, if you ask me, if you can get an edge on one of these machines at any arcade, you should do so. Not to overdo it, that kills it for everyone. But just enough to come out ahead for a sustained bit if at all possible—which I question if it’s consistently possible to do so.
In short: I would love to have the puzzles.

Looking at this now, the fact that there's the whole controllable variability in ticket:cost ratio by the operator, the "double play" thing where you have to insert twice the amount of credits to get any desirable amount of tickets, and the fact Raw no longer manufactures the game, it does make sense to release it anyway. Especially since the first half the game is determined by the number of ticket/points payout you land on the wheel. And from my understanding, the solving half of the game is just to double your ticket/point earnings. The text file bank has close to 4000 puzzles in there, so unless you have it all jammed in to a fancy database-driven website setup you can access anywhere it would take quite a while to know the plausible list of solutions. I'll work on packing up the audio files for ICE wheel later in the day and alongside that I might as well put the puzzle bank in the same reply.

Second wave of stuff: ICE Wheel sound files archive. Has voice clips in a "wof_2017_vo2" directory that use similar lines as the final but are left unused. Presumably are temporary voice-overs from PM devs during testing before they got licensed/professional voice clips in. There's not much else I can dissect with this game and Raw Wheel at this time due to the Play Mechanix asset file formats.
