I've read some comments on Wheel's facebook page that the show will be taping in Oregon next season. Does anyone know what the other location is? I'm hoping it's somewhere near New Jersey.

Probably because the show seems to love Vegas as a destination...they've gone there way too much in recent years. They need to take a nice, long break from the Strip...

Here are some more suggestions: San Francisco. WHEEL has been there since 1996. Or what about Phoenix, AZ? They haven't taped there since February 21, 1997: The final day of the old Puzzleboard.

To me, I think both locations (besides Oregon being a definitive choice) for this upcoming season will be on the West Coast. I think the other possibility might be somewhere in California.
And yes, having Vegas again for a third consecutive season is repetitive even though I love watching them play in Sin City.

They went to Phoenix in 2003 (The pics may still be on Wheel's website); I think they went there again in 2005 maybe? Not for sure on that, either. When was the last time they went to Miami? I wouldn't mind seeing them play in Vegas again, but I really think they should come to Houston! IIRC, the last time they were in Houston was in 1998.

The don't need to go to Vegas again; 2 years in a row in more than enough, I think. There's lots of other cities they can go to besides Vegas.

Yes, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, NO VEGAS FOR THE THIRD SEASON IN A ROW!!!!!!! Even before Season 27 they'd gone to Vegas way too much, and having kept track, even before then, it was where they went the most, as least since Season 13, and the only other time since then they've gone to the same locale two seasons in a row was Vegas!!!!!!!! Anyway, at least the season isn't starting in Vegas for the third time in a row, so maybe that's a sign they're not going. Also, I wonder if for the first time since Season 24, they're going back to three times on the road this season, with one in November, one in February, and Portland in May.
