I've posted about this episode on Twitter; it's a summer 1989 rerun of an episode from the later half of Season 6. It seems to be from March or April of 1989, since this was after the introduction of RSTLNE in the bonus round and Charlie O'Donnell's return as announcer.
Prizes offered in this episode include precious gems (worth $40,000), a Carrera speedboat, an Avanti convertible, and thousands of dollars in cash, all totaling over $230,000.
Contestants are:
Sheryl Johnson (Bendena, KS): Born and raised on a farm, a Washburn University graduate, recently moved out to Los Angeles to work for a record company.
Tammy Murphy (Pasadena, TX): Owner of a preschool daycare, has an 11-year-old son named Timothy, and likes to dancing and bowling "for the social interaction."
David Sullivan (Tulsa, OK): Investment advisor for a major savings loan, has four kids (three girls and a boy), and mentions his bowling average is 305.
Round 1: Phrase (top dollar value is $1,000)

Sheryl's first spin lands on $200, and she puts a T on the board. Her second spin lands on $400, but she duds on an N.
Tammy's first spin lands on $750, and she puts up an R. She is able to buy an O. Her second spin lands on $300, and she puts up two F's. Her third spin unfortunately lands on the dreaded "Lose A Turn" space.
David's first spin is worth $200, and he puts up an S. His second spin lands on $450, and he puts an L on the board. He buys an I. His third spin lands on $450 again, but he duds on a P.
Sheryl again, her next spin lands on $200, but she duds on a C.
Tammy is able to buy two E's, and her second spin lands on $400. Sadly, she duds on a B.
The puzzle is close to being complete as David's spin lands on $400 and he correctly guesses the zany consonant Z, leaving him with ZEST FOR LIFE and winning $800 for that round.
Current Standings:
Sheryl:
$0
Tammy:
$0
David: $800
Round 2: Same Name (featuring a $2,500 space, and a prize space for a living room package by Broyhill as well as Fredrick Ramond lamps, all worth $3,221)

Tammy's spin lands on $400, and she puts 3 N's on the board. She spins again, lands on $900, and puts up a D. She then buys an A. Her next spin lands on $750, and she puts up a Y. She spins again, lands on $300, puts up 2 R's, and she's now at $3,950. Her $250 spin puts 3 B's on the board, and now she's got $4,700. She buys 3 E's before spinning again, but all of her earnings thus far vanishes when she lands on Bankrupt.
David's spin lands on $750, and he puts up 3 L's, worth $2,250. He buys a U, and it pops up. He spins, lands on $350, and puts up and H.

Sheryl's spin lands on $700 and she puts a D on the board. Her next spin lands on $450, and she puts a V on the board. Unfortunately she can't go any further as her next spin landed on the "Lose A Turn" space.
Tammy's spin lands on $1,000, and she puts up an R. Her next spin lands on $900 and she puts up an M.
