I believe that was a software made by a former member here. It's not a "game". It's meant for hosting.

Wait, I made a Wheel of Fortune powerpoint? That's news to me. The closest I got to finishing a game was a Scratch program with LAN local multiplayer, no vowels to purchase, and end.

It wasn’t scratch; it was an offline branch of Scratch called BYOB. I do not have access to those files anymore.
