No need to apologize. We all make mistakes. The only thing worse than making a mistake is to repeat it. Use this as a learning opportunity.
Making a thread just to apologize is posting just to post, btw. You don't really need to make a post every time something pops into your head. Before submitting that post, ask yourself the following two questions:
1. Does this post contribute to the discussion at hand in a productive manner, or provides new, relevant information to an old thread?
2. Is this a new thread about a subject not currently being discussed on these forums that might be of interest to people, and can generate productive discussion? If the answer to both questions is "no", then chances are you're posting just to post.
