For those of you encountering a block, here's both episodes on Dailymotion: 4/13: www.dailymotion.com/video/x7znzis4/17: www.dailymotion.com/video/x7znznkPreviously, the Tuesday episode from this week was posted (I myself taped portions of it), and surprisingly, despite winning the Bonus Round, didn't earn enough overall to qualify for the Friday Finals. Interesting to hear a couple early '90s house jams used on the Monday episode. C&C Music Factory and Technotronic sadly don't get much airplays nowadays, but give me warm memories growing up when dance music was still fun unlike the EDM/Trap of the 2010s. Also, interesting that KFC by its full name (Kentucky Fried Chicken) was displayed as the Slogan on the Friday Finals episode even though the company rebranded in 1991, even though about a decade ago, the full name began to appear again on its packaging. At the 34 minute mark, you'll see a sneak preview of something that hardly seemed believable back then. That was taped on the Wheel Across America set from earlier in the season. Also, the first episode had a rare "re-produced" notice in the credits, possibly leading to a discarded puzzle. The first BR was easy and very CDMA/CDMO friendly. I got the second with Bill's picks. I'd love to see the remaining two episodes of this week appear soon. |

I can try to get the rest of this week up soon! FYI that Wheel Across America Week the contest winner segment was taped on was actually the third to last week of the season...it must have taped very shortly before this episode aired for them to insert in.

I believe this was the first week to change the speed-up round time from five to three seconds.
