Sarah Vanderhall (UCSD): Culver City, CA. Freshman who sings in the UCSD Dots (all girls group) and is also in a sorority named Tga Tau Gamma Alpha. Her mom was on this show in 1977 (Chuck Woolery) and won a trip to Vegas where she met her father. If it wasn't for this show, she wouldn't be alive today.

Maybe going to a Catholic college probably wasn't the best idea, Alicia.

Rather shaky start to this week. Too many BANKRUPTs hit, one which costed a contestant a Car right after revealing it on the spot. The Speed-Up was amusingly messy as well.

Albert's reaction at the envelope literally had me thinking he lost the big one.

And the 1977 episode in question will forever remain a mystery. Even if every daytime episode did miraculously resurface, I know from nighttime shopping that Vegas trips were common.

But I'd be thinking too much about that. It was pretty cool to have a contestant directly tied to the existence of the show.

Recaps will be on hiatus as of May 27, 2024 due to life changes.
