There's enough information here to infer that it's season 4 and probably late May, but I can't pinpoint an exact date. I do know from outside research that this taped April 3, 1987.

Based on the commercials/promos, this is from May 28 or May 29. At 16:04, the local Hot Hollywood Giveaway sweepstakes plugs it as the fourth and final giveaway puzzle for the week, while the contest winner announcement at 26:43 indicates that this is the final week in the contest, and also that the first promo states that the sweepstakes ends on June 3. This is probably from May 28 since sweepstakes deadlines were on Wednesdays, and also the short promo before the opening plugs a program that airs on Friday afternoon.
That BR really was tricky as I feel that the category should be PLACE instead of THING. Today it obviously would be within the scope of ON THE MAP. And $12,000 is a lot for a Colt; they're more commonly in the $6-$7,000 range at the time. Also, surprised to see a Super 8 movie camera as one of the prizes this late as they were rapidly going the way of the 8-track tape at the time. My parents bought a camcorder in either 1986 or 1987.

The uploader posted a Jeopardy episode from what I assume came afterwards and that episode had an OAD of 5/29/87. I'm going to label this Wheel episode as that date for the moment.

I'm not sure. There's a fade at the end which makes me wonder if they're trying to hide "see you tomorrow". I think it's safe to say it has to be one of those two days.

Go to the Internet Archive and look for the J! intro at the end of the video and Stephen Bradshaw won 2 episodes going into the episode where one of his opponents is Eugene Finerman.

Eugene? Then it's probably the 29th. The J! Archive says May 28, 1987 is Ira/Stephen/Bob.
