Shane is not the only one who thought it was a "mustard-filled" eclair. I was confident that it was the answer in first run, even with the M already called. I hadn't heard the word custard too often yet, though I had known about mustard for a long time, so that's all I could think of. Those were the days.

I suppose if you wanted to be different, you could fill it with mustard and someone will try it. It might be the inverse of a deep-fried chocolate bar which I have eaten, though that was much later than 2001.
