Talk about a rushed ending after a long set of prizes in the last round where the contestant's bonus prize selection and description had to be edited out. Also, interesting to see part of a category name also being part of the name of its puzzle.
Now for that commercial between the CBS News and Wheel, "dinner-dance" is surely a term that you don't hear too often nowadays but was once a mainstay of the newspaper's society section, and it usually meant geezer music by this time, like what you'd see on the Lawrence Welk show. Also, the Y-Athlon gang must be Tom Selleck fans. Finally, it was neat to see that there was still something you could buy with a dime at the grocer, courtesy of P&C in the break between the first two rounds. That Sun Country ad with Ringo Star was seen quite often as well.
With another episode from early May that I posted last October, its nice to see more of this elusive season turn up.

Probably a network error.

Weird categorization. R1 had part of the category in the answer, and R3 should have been Title.
I'm guessing that joining the BR in medias res was a network glitch.
