The best he could sputter out towards the end of the timer was "BYE BYE BOOK", which is obviously wrong. It was the Irma S. Rombauer book "JOY OF COOKING"...

About damn time someone uploaded the entire episode. It was also in circulation before, but the video cut off some parts and it only featured the winning contestant.

EDIT: As others are saying for when Scot was on the show, 6/21/99 was a re-run for TPiR (even the SteveGavazzi timeline only goes up to 6/17/99 for that season). The video includes a wheelchair-bound contestant, and the timeline says the first-ever instance of that was on 9/27/99. I can't be absolutely sure, as I haven't been digging into TPiR history the way I've been doing for Wheel.
