Thanks for posting in 60 FPS! This episode is also on Dailymotion but I had trouble ripping it with the higher framerate.
Judging by the title format of the DM version, this is likely an old torrent copy from a user named vader85, who would record Wheel off WKRN Nashville, including most Saturday reruns, and distribute them later. He started in mid-Season 30 and stopped in mid-Season 33, with my episode being one of the last ones he did, IIRC. I downloaded so many of these and wish I kept them all. I did find a few still preserved on an old computer not too long ago, including a copy of a 2015 rerun of the Season 31 premiere with a WKRN weather crawl throughout.
