It was an old travel game of Wheel. Pretty rare, it seems. I can't even find any pictures of it these days.

KMH was talking about the pocket Wheel game. I have it. I bought it at K-Mart a few years ago. It's another pretty rare piece. I never saw it on shelves after that, and I can't even find any pictures of it anywhere. I'll try searching again when I actually have it with me (If I do. I'm not 100% sure I still have it.).

I have an old mini-handheld one somewhere. I never really liked it, though. I preferred my 1998 handheld WOF game I got for Christmas 1999, or my 1995 handheld game I got in 2000 (At Ward's, of all places!), or my Jr. version, or my "Slots" version from 1998 (might sell it on eBay; still works pretty good!), or my 1999 board game, or my PC 1st edition, or my PC 2nd edition, or my PS1 1st edition, or my SNES version, or my...

I don't think you're going to have much luck. You could maybe take a look at a Goodwill store. Here's the website of the company that owns Tootsietoy.
