I was hoping you'd be uploading this episode! I used to have this one in my collection before I foolishly recorded it over! Charlie was the first retired three-day champ I ever saw. Unfortunate that he wasn't able to win any of his BRs, but as Pat said, that was probably the most appropriate BR he could have gotten.
Also, R1 would definitely be Proper Name if it had aired a season later.
