Has anyone been able to find any leads on when Hannah's previous episode was and/or what the ruling was that affected her?

^ You're right. I think the producers made a goof on TU2 by ruling Sharon's answer as correct (she mispronounced the last word in GREAT BLUE HERON).
Then again, Hannah had a chance to steal the game in the final round (back in 2004), but never took advantage.
