First show back from Hawaii and Day 1 of African Safari Week from Season 13!
(this was taped before Hawaii, and the returning champion is from February 2nd. The following week, this Friday's champ returned, along with the champ from the end of the first week in Hawaii)

I'm not sure if GSN edited out the original Final Spin that appeared to land on Bankrupt like they did with the consolation prize plugs since there was no "A portion of the game was edited" disclaimer during the credits, but its possible we may have reached the point where the practice of leaving in non-cash Final Spins have permanently been edited out, after airing six known occurrences during the 1995 portion of this season, including one on Double Play. Speaking of which, if I was Shane, I would have just saved that Double Play for the next round since he would have started the round and would have had enough time to use it right away, and knowing that a Final Spin was approaching, using it early on a common letter could have been the smart play. Also, the first puzzle really should be Place (On The Map by today's standards). Its interesting to see contestants stumped on big Clue puzzles, followed by RSTLNEing the Bonus.

^ There were several Final Spins in Season 14 that landed on Bankrupt but were not edited out. I've found no others until April 1998.
