Most hosts and personalities have their signature ways of expressing various phrases as invoked within the show. Pat Sajak is no exception, and few that come to mind are:
"It was never in doubt, was it?" (When a contestant narrowly escapes a penalty wedge or sometimes solves a tricky BR) "More money for our holiday/Christmas party this year" (For a Toss-Up Triple Stumper) "Charlie, put down that..." (Introduction to the Jackpot round during Season 15) "You can buy an alphabet" (When a contestant asks to buy a vowel after hitting multiples on a TDV wedge on the last spin) "Put that prize down on that red/yellow/blue dibbly-thing" (Said occasionally after a contestant collects a prize wedge) "Thanks to that quick thumb of yours, you picked up $X,000" (Said when a contestant ends the game with the only cash won during toss-ups) "You made it to the X yard line, put couldn't quite get in" (When a contestant finishes the game with little or no money after missing an opportunity to win big in a previous round)
Please post some others that come to mind, and fee free to use those by Chuck, Rolf, or Bob as well.

Whenever Pat thinks a contestant should solve, he'll say something like, "$2,350, Kim. What do you think?"

Simple, but I'd consider them unique to these hosts:
Chuck: "1, 2, 3, 4 of 'em." (or more if there are more letters)
Bob: "We'll give you the R, S, T, L, N's, and E's..."

Bob: "We'll give you the R, S, T, L, N's, and E's..." Vanna said it that way too, both when she hosted the Bonus Round in 1996 and during her 2019-20 episodes as host. In the N64 game, she said, "Here is the R, S, T, L, N, and E." As a kid, I misheard the "and" as "N" and always thought, "Why did she say N twice? R-S-T-L-N-N-E?"

I remember that one from my early days (sometimes, I would say that when emulating him; I always took a liking to that phrase), but I've noticed recently there were times where he would sarcastically ask a contestant along the lines of, "You want to throw this one in the back/bank?" when they landed on a small dollar amount usually after previously spinning up larger values, making a reference to when a fisherman gets a small fish. One notable case was the infamous $62,400-loss episode from 1985.

I’m sure some folks here can vet this…
On a long-shot bonus puzzle, when vamping before starting the clock to give the contestant a couple extra seconds of thinking time, Pat will often say, “there’s a used-letter board; that can help you.” I swear more often than not - maybe even 8 or 9 times out of 10 - that’s code for, “the letter ‘B’ is key to the puzzle.”

When the bonus puzzle does not have that many letters showing-- "This looks tough but you're a good player, you can do this." and when a player gets part of the bonus puzzle-- "Can we give her/him half the prize?"

Bonus Round: “A (insert letter) would’ve done it.”

When a bonus puzzle has a lot of RSTLNE in it...
"A lot of dinging going on."

(PS3/X360/Wii, when a tricky Toss-Up puzzle is solved): "Aren't you the clever one?" (Season 7 (1989-90)-Season 13 (1995-96), when a champion on occasion goes undefeated for the maximum three days): "Three new players; we retired an undefeated champion on our last show..." (At the start of the game, in the early days): "$1,000 is the top-dollar value for our first round; (we're playing for cash, and) here is our first puzzle, the category is (insert category here). And just before the show we drew numbers to see who would start our game, and (Player 1), it's going to be you. Good luck!" (Whenever the short-lived Megaword (Season 12 (1994-95)) was used as a category): "We'll give you an extra $500 if you can use that word in a sentence." (During the early days, when Person was used as a category): "Just a reminder that Person does not always mean proper name." (When a puzzle on the old puzzle board had a punctuation mark): "We have an ampersand/hyphen/quotation mark in the puzzle..." (letter bell then dings; Vanna walks over and turns over the lit space that has the punctuation)

When the bonus puzzle will inevitably be solved: "Now, audience, please, no help from you. *Contestant* must do this on his/her own. It's going to be very difficult for them." Or some such variant.
When none of the player's 3 and vowel are not in the puzzle: "Now, those are wonderful letters, found in many words in the English language/dictionary, just not these."
"Talk it out."
"Stranger things have happened."
"Keep talking; you never know what may spill out."
Bonus round, if it's a team: "There's 2 of you, so it's like getting 20 seconds."

If a contestant fails to solve the bonus puzzle and Pat is about to open the envelope:
“What’s in here is theoretical.”
“You don’t have to look; there’s no rule which says you have to look.”
If a contestant fails to solve but wins more than displayed in said envelope:
“But you’ve got more than that, this is nothing!”

( During the early days, when Person was used as a category): "Just a reminder that Person does not always mean proper name." Fun thing about that one: Pat only ever said that when the puzzle wasn't a proper name.
