Don't worry, this is not a spoiler. I did not witness an early airing of $100K win.
Over the weekend, a post on the Jeopardy! subreddit discussed the Wheel rerun featuring Pat blaming the lack of confetti on "the new executive producer". An upcoming contestant commented the following:

They specifically told us that confetti would only go for the one million dollar prize now. And they specifically blamed Mike for the change when I was taping a month ago while he was still, you know, employed.
They were all quite polite about "the changes our new EP is making" but I pushed them pretty hard on how cheap Mike was being not loading the damn confetti cannon for the $100k envelope. One of the production guys made a joke about "if you're going to win the million, please do it in the 3rd or 6th taping" because they, you know, have to clean it up. And that's when we asked about the $100k confetti.
