So they have special promos for CWOF that air on the regular WOF on ABC affiliates. However, it seems like some non-ABC affiliates are showing them as well. WBZ does not show them, but another station I can get in the Boston area, WPRI out of Providence, which is also a CBS affiliate, showed the promo anyway, even though it's not an ABC affiliate. Are there any other non-ABC Wheel affiliates airing the promos?

Looks like there was a mistake on Friday and some non-ABC's got the version with the CWOF promo.
I have seen three non-ABC airings of Friday's episode so far. Christian Dixie's copy on YouTube comes from WOIO in Cleveland. That did not have the CWOF promo; it had Pat plugging the show's website. After I saw this post, I had just enough time to check Wheel as it was airing on KKTV in Colorado Springs, and that did not have the CWOF promo, either. However, I recorded the full show off a feed of WIVB in Buffalo in the background and that did have the CWOF promo. All three of these stations are CBS, and WIVB does not have an ABC sister station or anything like that, nor does WPRI. I also asked around in the Discord and a viewer of KTVT in Dallas (also CBS, an O&O) said there was no CWOF promo there.
It had to be an error. The CWOF promo was first added to ABC airings starting with the September 11 weekend rerun, and I know at least two non-ABC airings of that episode (KHOU and KKTV) did not have it.

Just checked several 8:30 ET/6:30 MT airings.
KDVR in Denver, a FOX station, had the CWOF promo.
These stations, all CBS, did not: KRQE Albuquerque, KBOI Boise, KDBC El Paso, KPAX Missoula.

I noticed that all the non-ABC stations that had the promo are owned by Nexstar, including WPRI. So I’m guessing it was on all Nexstar stations that carry WOF.

^ Not all. At 10:37ish, I checked the three Pacific Time Zone CBS's that air Wheel: KLAS Las Vegas, KVAL Eugene, and KBAK Bakersfield. None of them aired the CWOF promo, and KLAS is owned by Nexstar. The other two are owned by Sinclair.
The CWOF promo also did not air on KNSD San Diego, an NBC O&O. Those four are the only Pacific non-ABC Wheel affiliates that I have access to.
The only syndie Wheel airing left today is KHON in Hawaii (FOX) at 12:30 AM ET, and that station is owned by Nexstar.

The promo did not appear in KHON's airing. So the non-ABC stations known to have aired the CWOF promo on Friday were: WIVB, WPRI, and KDVR. Since the CWOF promos are also hardcoded into the Saturday reruns for ABC's (that actually air them this time of year), now I'm curious if this will also happen tomorrow or other days. Problem is, these three stations likely won't air Wheel on Saturday, at least not R1. CBS college football never ends before 7:15 ET, so WIVB and WPRI are out, and KDVR has it scheduled half an hour after an MLB game, which rarely runs less than 30 minutes over, let alone on time. I pulled up WABC's early-morning airing of today's rerun on the DVR and there was no CWOF promo or any post-R1 tag at all. Odd. You'd think they want to promote it on the last possible day to do so on syndie Wheel, especially since several ABC's, such as WFTV in Orlando, move Weekend Wheel to late Sunday afternoons at 5:30 ET/4:30 CT during football season, only two and a half hours before CWOF.

A new CWOF promo was used as the post-R1 bumper on ABC airings on Thursday and Friday of this past week, but not Monday or Saturday. My recordings of Thursday and Friday from WIVB have the usual newsletter and website plugs.

I don’t recall any CWOF promos on ABC syndie WOF two weeks ago, but given what they’re teasing for tonight’s ep, a promo was present on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of this week.

Oddly, this weekend's rerun had a CWOF promo on ABC airings after R1, even though the show isn't airing this weekend. While the previous CWOF promos on syndie Wheel were the one of Pat telling Anthony Anderson, "You are wrong-ish", they are now using a different promo with a clip of Jeff Garlin saying, "Shut up, buzzer person." Ironic timing showing that this week. On non-ABC's, it was the newsletter promo.
