Previously we had Lydia Romero and Katy Flynn, but I really wanted Vladimir Prevot to win.

But it was Lydia that won this game, with just over $16K I proclaim.

We actually got a $45K Bonus Round success here, that will make the viewing audience cheer.

Let's hope that today will be even more divine while I type up the recap down in Irvine.

A couple times this week, we had someone call every letter in the puzzle in the Bonus Round. Maybe they didn't know the puzzle at first, but it certainly worked out alright.

We got off to a slow start, but Amber did fantastic for her part.

Good thing for the F call in the Bonus Round. Not as hard as QUIRKY HUMOR, but still could have been a loss. Nice total! I feel we could also have a win tomorrow!

I no-lettered the Speed-Up...probably to the surprise of nobody, as they still like a "winning" theme for Speed-Up puzzles.

Despite some messy first rounds, Amber did an amazing job. Not only did she win big, she surprised herself! I’m glad her opponents got some Toss-Up money.

Of course, I no-lettered the top horizontal word in R2 and all of R4, but I waffled between THE and OUR in the latter puzzle. I also solved TU1 just as fast and RSTLNE’d the BR. What are the odds that all of a contestants’ picks make the board and it leads to a $45K win twice in a row?

In case I didn’t say it earlier, Amber killed it! 👏🏾

Recap posted. Yes, I did write this one (and yesterday's) in Irvine.

I did catch the first Toss-Up while delivering to a hotel in Lake Forest (I got it within the first two letters).

It definitely started off ugly, but Amber certainly made the best of it!

R4: Yeah, that was a bit too easy to no-letter. Also, that's the first $6K Final Spin from a peg other than the red one.

BR: Figured that when Amber called M, I knew what it was.

Nice to see back-to-back $45K wins!

Amber absolutely killed it! She left 4 C's on the board in Round 1. I guess she didn't want to risk losing her Disneyland trip. That's fine because $89,104 is amazing. It's also amazing for someone at home. I bet you she made the person who won her winnings very happy because they are richer than before. I had TTU 1 off the F. Round 4 was also an appropriate puzzle for her.
