After 3 years and only 3 posts, I'm back! 
This time around it's not for asking wedges but to present you my rendition of the 2008 Philippine wheel, styled like the US program with shadows and all, and bare for now.
Number outlines are white for now as I haven't got around to making them with a holographic sort of background.
If someone has the background for the outlines of the letters on the MDW, I would love to use it for the outlines of my numbers.
